      It is creating some good next generation products. Work life balance is good.

      Cons

      Management does not seem to drive the growth aggressively. People lack motivation at work.Culture change needs to happen to get Veritas to the place it wants to be.

      People are nice - health plan is good

      Cons

      Lack of communication between teams, they seems to be unable to count the booking properly and even booking is a problem. Commission is so messy that employees get lost. Training is abundant but it's more story telling and repetitive. No chance of getting promoted
