      Good Salary, Great Benefits, Great co-workers. My manager is outstanding.

      Cons

      Products seem to be falling behind. Not sure the company has a good grasp on market since the split from Symantec. Losing good talent during RIF.

      Pros

      Great people, great development opportunities, funds to spend on training, great benefits, generous holidays. Get to work with new technology, and encouraged to propose new ideas and better ways of doing things.

      Cons

      Promotions are slow, recognition should be more forthcoming. Restructuring seems to be abit too regular and some units see layoffs every year or so.
