      Trying to achieve great things....but not there yet.

      Pros

      competitive salary several benefits (i.e. health insurance , gym reimbursement, pension scheme, tuition reimbursement etc...) "startup" challenges: good learning opportunity

      Cons

      "startup" challenges: no structure and constant leadership changes that are destabilising the whole company. Still many legacy problems in many areas of the business and above all in the mentality. Missing a proper culture as also missing a "vision" on what to do next and what to achieve.

      Pros

      Veritas Dublin is a great place to work, with a fun environment. The products are great with a well established customer base. Hit your targets and you will earn big!!

      Cons

      Too much change at the senior levels is causing uncertainty. The systems are terrible. Too many new processes slowing down sales.
