Pros
-Friendly employees who are there to help you and share information, easy to get to know people and have good relationships with coworkers -Strong vision in terms of management after the company history and seems to be moving towards progress -Collaborative environment in which everyone helps each other out and works together to achieve aims
Cons
-High turnover in employees so there's a lot of things that often needs to be once again set in foundations... progress is impeded through employee training and catch up
