      Inspiring, transparent, friendly, largely politics-free work environment, great legacy and potential for the future, interesting suite of products, just completed an extended re-org, spinoff procedure and is poised on moment of truth to see if the reorg paid off

      Cons

      Just completed an extended re-org (almost 3 years long) leading to fatigue, anxiety and a spot of cynicism, and considerable attrition; lot of lag in conventional R&D and loads of new technical challenges to surmount
