      Great products and easy to sell. People are decent to good. Pay is fair. HQ is located in Florida near Disney World.

      Cons

      Leadership has been unstable. Internal processes can be challenging. Overall leadership could be more diverse. Internal bureaucracy slows down development of individuals, teams & overall business.
