      - depending on the team, there is a good ambience and team fellowship - salary in line with the positions, although with so many changes and rules of engagement, it is hard to know what commissions are paid on -

      - late go-to-market strategy, trying to catch up with the competition - ambiguity as to sales structure and resources to leverage -

      Very strong portfolio: most key products are #1 or #2 in the industry. Friendly people and great technologies: a lot of people have been in the company for a long time.

      Cons

      Politics: if one person moved up, others will be cleaned up. It leads to a lot of messy situation and a lot of high level leaders left the comany.
