      Flexible work schedule and location. If you need to - you can work from home some days.

      Cons

      Middle management has little respect from individual contributors. The only good communication comes from the top.

      Pros

      It's challanging, fun, great people, good salary and perks, fantastic new modern office in Dublin, you can retain you individuality, develop and above all never boring.

      Cons

      Always pro's and con's in any job. Pro's far outweigh any cons. Only thing I can think of is the company is always changing/evolving. But then in business it's always a case of adapting to the markets and customer. Stay still too long and you will sink.
