      - Smart and friendly coworkers - Successful product (NetBackup) - Loyal Customer base - Good pay and benefits - Great work environment - Pick your development toolchain, you can use anything from Vi on Solaris to Visual Studio 2015 on Windows. - Lots of VMs and hardware to test on, easy to reserve or request what you need - Private offices - Split from Symantec is hugely beneficial

      Very nice people and colleagues in general, possibility to work from home

      Lack of direction for the company, poor management, lots of changes during short times. No real potential for career growth
