Lack of innovation not only on product development but also in business management as well. copying some ideas from startups like Rubrik, Actifio . new products are jusr re-preduce old technologies and products in a new form which make it irrelative in many case . new products are very basic compare to the company announcements . top mnagement is disconnected . middle management are suffering to satisfy the top guys and this results a huge pressure on thier reportees and individules . major layoff is done end of 2016 and many people left the company due to lack of vision, top management changes and uncertinty .
