Work Experience with Virtustream
Pros
I'm working with Virtustream since 4.6 yrs now. Since my joining to Network operation team as an individual to network operation manager, there was lot of learnings not only from technical aspect but also other managerial & behavioral aspect as well. 1. You can surely get a chance to explore your knowledge on your domain or any other cross functional domain if you want. 2. You can have your voice for anything betterment of current process or your day to day operation. 3. Management is supportive. 4. With new north star strategy and vision of multi-cloud service offerings, will surely bring lot of new opportunities to grow.
Cons
1. Frequent changes at executive levels caused bit of uncertainty amongst employees. 2. Need to expand service offerings and bring more automation, which is again a scope of improvement. 3. Compensation needs to be relooked, which is bit lower than current market standard. 4. Need more technical knowledges at management level rather having people managers.
