      nothing to tell , since merging with DELL EMC

      Cons - No job security - No communication in management & employee. - No recognition or appreciation of work done. - Lots of politics in the organization. - All negative policies are implemented first, and no one is available to talk for policies in fever of employee.

      Company has ZERO work life balance. Plan to be worked into an early grave. Personally worked many many many 70+ hour weeks.
