Pros
I've been lucky enough to have managers that genuinely care about me as a person and have coached me along in terms of personal and professional growth. There is lots of room for growth as I start as an intern then bounced around to a couple teams until I found a good fit. Executive management has monthly calls to update the business for some transparency. Some managers genuinely care about work/ life balance and want to ensure you have the balance you want.
Cons
Some instability with upper-level management has caused work force reductions and general unease. COVID caused the last round of layoffs but there was a lack of communication from management. A few managers will try to work you until you can no longer work. COVID did also cause holds on raises and 401K matching, even while Dell stock continued to rise.
