It's a job and you get paid. Some people were decent to work with.

Cons

Very disorganized and unprofessional. Complete circus. Lies coming from every direction. You are expected to single-handedly solve the entire organization's problems with no resources.

Work from home; company vacation policy and a few good co-workers that I'll miss. Opportunity to work with newer virtualization technologies that look good on your resume.

Cons

Lack of strategy/vision; no support system for new employees; too frequent re-orgs that put the wrong people in the wrong seats; weak leadership and sinking morale.
