Pros

-Very multicultural company -Potential to work with great co-workers

Cons

-Caproate has no idea what it's like in the stores, as a result caproate always has some stupid program they want executed -The company does not pay. No body is paid anything close to a decent wage. I know some Pharmacists that make $50k a year (and that's whit having a professional degree). -Not much room for promotion past the Shift Lead position. Once you've become a Shift Lead, you've reached the mountain top. -The company does not want any high paying positions, as a result RXOM and ESM is artificially kept low on purpose (especially ESM). Meaning only two-four ESM's per district (an ESM means Emerging Store Manager). -The Board of Directors and the CEO care nothing for the employees at the store level. They pretend they do, but actions speak louder than fake social media posts.
