      Toxic culture, favoritism, management ignored bullying

      Pros

      Used to have good benefits and was a stable job. Able to take vacation/PTO as requested. Good educational benefits.

      Cons

      Bad managers who held employees back, ignored bullying, fraternized with direct reports, gave worst schedules and assignments to people they thought would not say anything, rampant faoritism.
