Pros

The best reasons to work at my job in my opinion is, the connection build with the costumers, the appreciation from the costumers, & the bond i created with my co-workers. The relationship you could make with the costumers will definitely make the job alot easier. While giving good costumer service, working with my co-workers & building team work makes rough days easier.

Cons

Like every job you'll have unhappy or displeased costumers. And Because it's your job & you shouldn't put yourself in a situation where you're unhappy too, you'll deal with it the best way you can. With understanding of costumer service & being there for your costumer.
