Company getting worse by the year.

Pros

The people I work with are good people. I enjoy coming into the office every day. They like to talk work/life balance too. Will be interesting to see how the next year progresses.

Cons

After a 1 BILLION dollar mistake the company is taking it to employees. Healthcare went up $200 - $300/ month and raises were capped at 1.5%. Overall pay will be way down next year because working here is getting so expensive.

Pros

-Nice work environment (A/C, pleasant co-worker, set my own hours (within reason)) -Solid management & organizational support (they will help you acheive your goals) -Stock options & other compensation is vary fair

Cons

Every year benefits are cut a little bit and raises are less (isn't it like that everywhere now since the recession?)
