Don't Join The Retail Side

Pros

The retail division relies on the pharmacy side to keep it afloat. The revenue is large so losing millions every month is meaningless. However, this is the next Sears as the company had a winning formula years ago, but has not done anything to evolve.

Cons

No innovation. Goal misses are always blamed on external factors. No idea what they are to a customer. Management are bullies with some exceptions. Continuous turnover due to unhappy employees.

Pros

Good variety of work and projects.

Cons

Finance shoulders a lot of expectations to deliver the business' performance. Finance leaders recognize the teams are understaffed and are maximum workload capacity. But, they don't do anything to actually address the issue.
