Paid holidays, paid vacatons, great employees

No overtime allowed, overworked management, company open every holiday and you're not allowed to go on vacation during holidays. Holidays cannot be taken after Oct. 15. You work up and down hours and most weekends

Pros

Paid well $15.90 to start.

Cons

Never took the time to train. The woman I worked for at the most expensive Walgreens in America got rid of every man that worked there. I am not a man and I noticed this. She laughed about it! Seems she didnt get trained in HR laws!

Pros

It is a very friendly and welcoming environment for any new hires. It pays decent salary for entry level manager( Around $42k) which is very good compared to other entry level retailers. It is a very organized management structure at the company.

Cons

Not a ideal job for a career minded person. There just three level of management in the store which is Assistant manager, Executive manager and Store Manager. After then it will probably take 15 years or more to get promote.Average salary for a store manager is around 65k and it takes at least 6 years to become a store manager.
