Pros

Most of Walgreens' long-timers are friendly and foster a mission-based culture. They are on a mission to provide pharmaceuticals in person, at a decent price, and health care in your neighborhood.

Cons

Many employees have great ideas for cost savings or increasing profits. However, the company doesn't have a means to evaluate employee ideas for soundness, so there is no way to filter good ideas.
