I didn't realize how awful they were until I switched companys
Pros
Takes a lot to get fired. I did work at a nice store, i loved the people there but the company just wasn't worth it
Cons
Customer is ALWAYS right (Expect to apologize for the company but not be able to do anything about it. They wont back you up.), for a business that's in healthcare they don't care about your health at all, if you don't have coverage and are drowning they don't care, the rewards you do get are usually just the cash rewards so you still have to spend it at a store, at a job where I do 65% of what I did before I get $22 starting whereas I was only making $23 after 6 years at walgreens (I know I'm more experienced now but there are people I work with who have only been in pharmacy for a year and make that here and have the same job title), you are constantly reminded that you are replaceable and made to feel worthless.
