No cons working here it is part time job

Most managers are good, but one is very antagonistic and a few are simply unqualified. Often, the only manager for an entire shift isn't even old enough to sell beer! We are forced to engage in "suggestive" selling of certain items unrelated to customer's purchases. Work schedules and hours are erratic and often unavailable until only a few days in advance. Low pay, inadequate health plan. No employee handbook available - only disorganized and inadequate info online
