Pros

Decent employee discounts, plenty of hours to work.

Cons

Sometimes the "plenty of hours" are actually way too many and you can find yourself scheduled every day for over a week straight while being told you just have to deal with it. Management didn't care that employees were overworked. Managers would reprimand employees for inconsequential things and you feel like you're constantly walking on eggshells. Pay not worth it for the stress level of the job.
