Freedom to schedule visits to fit your needs

Cons

Micro-management, DMs are expected to do the jobs for other roles because they can't handle the responsibility.

Hired for one thing, do everything

Pros

Theres plenty of hours, so you can hit overtime if you wanted

Cons

Work life balance Hired as photo specialist, but now I do everything shift supervisors do.. inventory, merchandising, etc. All while running back and forth to the photo counter and having to assist customers. Would have rather just been a cashier because they get paid the same but only really have to worry about front end. Overworked and underpaid
