Pros

Flexible Schedule. Learning opportunities. Active job. Good coworkers. Good store manager and leadership. Decent employee perks. A real chance to become an ESM, SM or better if you want it and are competent.

Cons

Often understaffed. Work can feel monotonous. Not enough time to do everything you should. It is still a customer service position, so expect to deal with some rude individuals from time-to-time sans tips.
