Pros

I was lucky enough to work on an amazing team, finally got work from home once a week (after years of asking for it)

Cons

stuck in the past, so much red tape to get any changes through, super cheap, do not fairly compensate internal employees. there is NO value in having seniority at this company

Pros

Plenty of locations. Business is growing. Potential to move. Pay is decent although benefits are not. Some staff are excellent and there is a sense of community at times.

Cons

Not the company of years ago. Lack of quality leadership. Lack of trained technicians. Lack of adequate staffing hours. Everyone good leaves or is trying to leave. Boots merger killed the company. Patient care is dead.

Pros

They advance you pretty quickly if they like you and you show some initiative. I moved from Photo Tech to Head Photo to Pharm Tech in about a year. Another year to jump to Senior Pharm Tech. Company offers benefits, PTO, and holiday pay.

Cons

Long hours, little to no help, managers under schedule to make budget bonuses, the pay isn't competitive
