Pros

The pay is descent.

Cons

No work life balance. Management is horrible. You're micromanaged and harassed constantly. The Patient is not the priority, only the calls in queue matter. Quantity over quality is their motto.

Pros

Pay and Benefits are decent.

Cons

Unorganized company. More worried about numbers than actually helping the patients. Members included in the FEP (Federal Employee Program) receive priority over regular members. Employees are given more work without appropriate compensation. There is no management here, just people to ensure your CONSTANTLY taking calls. (BabySitters) Employees are not valued here. No career path and slave like atmosphere. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They hire quantity over quality which is why this company "needs" babysitters instead of actual managers and the service provided to members who NEED and DEPEND on us, is awful.
