Pros

The 401k acciunt was excellent. The company matched what you put into your account $3 to your $1. I liked the idea of my shift being set. My hours were alqays the same. Holidays: I liked that on Christmas that i could sleeo in morn, go celebrate with the family and then head to bed before my shift. I loved that I put up the ad tags on Sat nite, and could see what was on sale before the majority of people. I liked that my manager made sure that the other managers didnt abuse us while working on an isolated shift. I loved my store manager for shacong a few hours from everyone instead of laying off.

Cons

I didnt like working holidays. I hated missing out on 4th of july fireworks. If you love me, show me with money. For working such a hard shift, they give you. 50 cents extra for your troubles per hour. I hated when the company decided not to provide shirts for theor employees. They cut out Christmas bonuses. For a while, i wasnt sure if theor direction. They wasted a lot of money attempting to look like theor competitirs. They bought shelves and hardware and never used it all over as they had said.

Pros

It was a easy job. The pay was also good for the amount that you work. The management was nice as well.

Cons

A lot of selling was involved with cashier duties. Sometimes they kept you after hours to set up merchandise.
