Pros

Amazing benefits compared to similar entry level positions Promotions go to those who deserve it, not necessarily those who've been there longer Hard work is recognized and appreciated The people at my location care about their customers and have pride in the store Management tries to work around everyone's schedule, even if you just want off to visit family

Cons

The hours, 7am-10:30pm Way too much focus on suggestive selling of candy bars and gum at the register when it's the same product month after month Having to change the only outside trash cans in the entire shopping center

Pros

Good pay, hours aren't bad, benefits were good, some charitable events;

Cons

Felt like a glorified stock-person/security/cashier at times; very little praise from upper management if things were done well
