Pros

You will meet great people, be busy and have incredible experiences dealing with employees and clientele.

Cons

Poor management skills from managers and dm's. Poor receiving procedures and stocking techniques. Poor and lax procedures in dealing with problematic customers, leading into negative control of shrink, something the stress incessantly. And one last thing, way too much favoritism in all ranks of employment!

Pros

I get along with most people I work with and management with very compromising with my school schedule.

Cons

I hate having to stay so late when I have get up so early to go to school. I know pissing and moaning won't do anything about it. The clerks in the cosmetics department do not have to stay past maybe 8 when I have to stay until 11 sometimes. That really grinds my gears. This is my 6th year with the company and there are people with the company that barely have a year and they don't have to "close." And the "promote within" BS is BS. The SM hired a new person for the pharmacy when I was perfectly qualified to work in the pharmacy. There are just some shady ways and a lot more happening.
