Pros

Pay really sucks starts at 7.25 Hours- go out of their way to help certain people maintain their full-time status and don't care about others. No room for advancement-usually stuck at the position that you come in at.

Cons

Some great co-workers- there are a few nice people that you work with. Management is okay (at times)- Depending on the day and how they on duty manager feels, depends on how your day will go. My store has great managers NOW. Discount on most items - comes in handy, especially on sales.

Pros

Bosses communicate regularly with you about what they expect.

Cons

A service clerk usually bears the brunt of the work. Expect to know how to do every possible job there is to do there, and to be able to do it quickly so closing the store doesn't take a long time.
