Pros

The 401K is pretty good and they have a stock purchasing program that is pretty nice

Cons

The hours and promotion potential is limited. The training is also mediocre. They need to have an actual managment training program. This is one of the reasons it is harder to get promoted. They expect you to know all the things no one ever teaches you .

Not a good company to work for

Pros

Walgreens is an alright company to work for if you are a student, the pay isn't great but they do work around a school schedule fairly well.

Cons

Walgreens does not pay very well and there are not very many opportunities to advance within the company. I'm sure there are worse companies to work for, but I definitely would not recommend this one.
