Pros

Good pay, friendly environment, employee discount, quiet break room, and proper training course to develop yourself as a manager. Good place to meet diversity of people.

Cons

Unpredictable schedule, most of store are 24 hour open so you have to prepare for graveyard. If you are a morning person, it is pretty tough to handle situation.

Sometimes face disrespect from both customers and doctor's offices. Just part of a large company, not always someone to back you up.
