Pros

Ability to work from home. Great to work with the same old wags people. Town Hall meetings do help to an extent.

Cons

Changes brought in 2 yrs back have not helped, communication is still not open, and not shared. more silos have been created.

Pros

Good communication, great people. Training opportunities are good.

Cons

Corporate culture has changed recently, seems less professional, less of a "family company." Too many new WalMart hires.

Pros

401 k, discount in stores, lots of kind people to work with

Cons

Hiring only those pharmacy managers know, exclusivity, nepotism, unfair hours given ( hours given to those who are unwilling to get hours from other stores) I had to get hours from other stores and was fired for it.
