Pros

The benefits are outstanding. A $3 to $1 match for profit sharing plan is hard to beat. Strength and position of company is very healthy

Cons

Lack of advancement opportunities in many major markets. Lack of concern for employee well being. Feeling is becoming that everyone is replaceable.

Pros

15-20% discount on most store items. occasional free beauty products

Cons

no seniority on schedule, pay had to be corrected several times and i had to wait for the next paycheck for it to be fixed. This put me behind on some bills and took two months to catch up. No communication.

Pros

Paid well $15.90 to start.

Cons

Never took the time to train. The woman I worked for at the most expensive Walgreens in America got rid of every man that worked there. I am not a man and I noticed this. She laughed about it! Seems she didnt get trained in HR laws!
