Pros

Experience at running your own clinic, work fairly close to home, well equipped examination/treatment rooms, good colleagial culture with both Take Care and Walgreens

Cons

Micromanagement by people who learned from a book rather than from experience. No clue how management policies impact the providers of care. Like all companies that eventually fail, they keep hiring managers rather than people who actually take care of the clients.

Pros

Reasonable time off, competetive pay if you have no other skills, reasonable amount of hours to work (since there are many 24 hour locations)

Cons

Unclear job boundries (So I'm randomly in charge of that now too? Since when? For how long?), Some horrible people in high up positions
