Pros

Walgreens uses a very sophisticated pharmacy program called IntercomPlus. It is a centralized database with access to every walgreens pharmacy records and a lot of information on drugs. This allows us to work more efficiently and effectively.

Cons

Walgreens upper management is very demanding. They keep putting pressure on us to have higher customer satisfaction but management does very little to nothing to give us the tools we need.

Pros

They are not flexible in getting you time off. Also they are very respectful of their workers the management will always help in any situation

Cons

Good hours, however they will not give you an opportunity to advance unless you really commit your time and effort to them every hour of the day

Pros

Predictable days, regular schedule, good pay.

Cons

Sometimes face disrespect from both customers and doctor's offices. Just part of a large company, not always someone to back you up.
