Pros

Great Benefits for retail industry. You will receive substantial background in primary customer service giving you a knowledge of market trends and key players in the industry.

Cons

No training program. Disconnection with upper management. The day-to-day tasks are often repetitive. With small teams you would be challenged to take on a heavy work load. Most time spent on the floor, stocking shelves.

On bad days it can get a little strenuous with annoying customers and so on. Its probably average for retail.
