Cons

There were some understaffing issues while I was at Walgreens, too many tasks placed on individuals.

Pros

The people at the store I worked at were amazingly friendly and management did its best to help families through emergencies. Management at store level tend to actually listen to the employees.

Cons

I would say there is very little communication above store manager and hourly employees. A lot of things cause issues between how an hourly employee feels compared to what district and corporate are asking.

Pros

Management jobs pay well and it is easy to move up in the company if you work hard and have a degree.

Cons

Their systems are out of date. Their cash registers are from the 1980's and they need to fix that now.
