Business Outlook
Pros
Walgreens tends to hire good people especially at the store level, so I like to work with staff and coworkers. The pay is comparable to other like pharmacy retailers and managers work hard.
Cons
Transfers are often depending on the whims of the district manager so it's hard to establish a relationship with staff. Sometimes it's hard to take family time/school time off. You're expected to work until you drop. Long hours/whenever they need you is when you work.
