Relative good pay for a college student Flexible hours/ They are ok if you work only one day a week. On the job training provided Walgreens proprietary learning tool keeps employees up to date

Cons

Very stressful work Tires you out and makes you not want to deal with cranky upset patients

Pros

Well, if you want to have a schedule that is different every day than this is the place to go.

Cons

With 7000 stores, there are about 7000 EXA's and 15000 Assistants, so the ability to get a promotion are very slim. maybe corporate is a little different but on a store level it is where you work and who you know, and if you kiss a** and work hard
