Pros

Principle of small clinics very effective idea, and very cost effective. Very good setting for an NP who likes to work alone for long periods, under very stringent rules of practice, and crushing all controling policies and proceedures for everything.

Cons

Walgreens is imposing more and more of their corporate model, and burying the clinics/ and NPs in policies and proceedures. NPs also held responsible for all operations of the clinics, including marketing.

Pros

You can work as many hours as you like. The people that you work with on your team are really nice and helpful.

Cons

Everything about working in this call center was a CON. Things are always changing at the last minute with very little notice given to employees. They expect so much from everyone while giving so little in return. They don't listen to input.
