Pros

Walgreens does have a really good profit sharing set up for employees. It used to be so much better but is still pretty good.

Cons

Once they decide they want you gone I feel sorry for you. All they did was harass me and try and build up cases on me my last three years of being there. They will lie to you and promote only their favorites. Whether that person is qualified or not.

Pros

I have never had an issue with getting time off, trading with other associates. The job is pretty straight forward, everything I've come to expect from the retail environment.

Cons

Again, nothing out of the blue with the work politics, cliques within the store, although if you don't join the clique, your ability to move up or even learn new things are greatly hendered.
