Pros

Good paid vacation and will usually work well with schedule

Cons

Too many managers lean on the regular employees to do their work. You have to do their job while they get paid for it. The raises are crappy Store managers are not very knowledgeable about departments in store. Management is comepletely unfair with discipline. HORRIBLE PLACE TO WORK!

Pros

Profit sharing is insane that match you 3 to1 for up to 2%, benefits are great and cheap

Cons

it sucks, LP's can fire anyone and everyone they want at will they get rewarded for doing so...you work hard, crazy long hours, take a lunch (only get it because it is the law)then are told they you did adiquate work or get no praise at all
