Pros

You get a lot of experience dealing with the public and learning the value of good customer service in a retail industry.

Cons

The hours were horrible for having a social life. The public was also difficult to deal with, especially in lower income areas of chicago.

Cons

the place i worked you would get some rough people who were impatient, the worst part was when you had to run the drive through and people were to lazy to come in and give you all there medicaid info.
