Room for improvement

Pros

Walgreens has been a great place ot work, they have been very flexible around my college schedule. They offer a nice benefits package and usually treat employees fairly. Lots of room for vertical movement.

Cons

I feel I am never recognized for good performance. Suggestive selling just annoys customers. Anything that can put doubt in a customer's mind about coming back should not be part of a successful retail company.

Pros

It's a company willing to hire graduates straight out of an undergraduate program. It will allow you to gain experience you can transfer to another position.

Cons

You will have to be able to handle employees who really don't want to be there at all. That is tough.

Pros

Great Staff can get along great with fellow employees Employee Discount Working with certain pharmacists can be great. Willing to Work with School Schedule

Cons

Upper management doesn't have a clue, simply cuts hours not realizing that it's simply not going to work. Upper management doesn't care about you all they care about is numbers.
