Pros

The position offered over time and allowed for a nice work/life balance. The pay was competitive and there was a fine benefits package.

Cons

Unfortunately the management can change and reviews don't often get done on time leaving it difficult to get promised promotions.

Pros

Advancement opportunities are great if you work hard. Pay is better than average. Stock options and benefits are very attractive.

Cons

As with any retail job, you must be willing to work some nights and weekends. You are also expected to work most holidays.

Pros

Excellent computer system. Tons of OTC patient counseling. Progression into MTM. No phones under new system. Experienced techs. Lots of staff to communicate with.

Cons

With new system without inbound calls it is hard to connect with patients. Stress is higher than other companies due to volume but boredom is not a worry.
