Pros

Basically the only pros I can come up with are, relatively good pay for an entry level manager and alright benefits.

Cons

Mgts are often expected to do all the grunt work. Store managers act as if they rule the world. Often have huge egos and give virtually no praise for all the work that you do. One manager literally expected me to run at a full sprint to the front of the store to answer a call for a return. I guess your experience depends on your store manager, and that could change at any time. MGTs are often shuffled around from store to store.

Pros

The profit sharing is probably the best reason to work for walgreens. You get 3 to 1 match for every dollar you put in.

Cons

The hours are not to desirable. Upper management can make a 4 alarm fire over the most unimportant things. No company culture.

Pros

Most of the Walgreen's Pharmacies i have worked at are decent, however, my store has treated me very well over the years and it is a great company with many oppurtunities.

Cons

Some of the policies are kind of aggravating, some of the higher end manager are ridiculous and sound like they have no clue what they are doing.
