Pros

You will learn a lot of skills such as managerial skills, safe keeping skills, customer service, ability to finish tasks fast and efficiently.

Cons

The work schedule consists of many nights and weekends especially if you are starting out with the company. Some of the customers want it their way, you deal with people who steal and sometimes don't make any sense at all. You deal with your employees frustrations and problems as well
